REGISTER Click on the Member Registration Enter your member number with enough zeros "0" in front of your member number to make it a 5 digit number Spouses (second member on the account) also add an "A" to the end of your member number in addition to the zeros "0" Enter your first name and last name, as they appear on your account statement.
